Biomes of the United States
This project was based in iconography. I used it to fuel and flesh out my love of national and state parks. The icons I developed were for the five major biomes of the United States (Deserts, Grasslands, Temperate Forests, Taiga, and Tropical Forest) and the flora and fauna one can typically find within them. Each primary icon was used to delineate a section of the booklet which described
1) which state and national parks in the United States to go to in order to experience these biomes
2) a description of those parks and where exactly in the states they are and
3) a broad description of the biomes and the flora and fauna one can find in them.
